Please consider the following rules when naming your file(s):

1. The filename cannot contain any spaces
2. The total length of the filename and file extension combined should not exceed 48 characters
3. The filename format should be 'filename'.'fileextension' e.g. image.jpg or document.pdf
4. Use only the following legal characters; 1-9, a-z, A-Z, '_', '-'
5. Accepted file types:
   • Archives (.zip, .rar)
   • Documents (.doc, .pdf, .xls, .ps)
   • Adobe (.psd, .eps, .ai, .indd)
   • Images (.jpg, .gif, .png, .tif)

Please note: there is no file size limit but,
Australia Online Printing recommend sending a total upload size of less than 100mb through the web uploader.
